1) How to Use the Free Trial (Sample Exam)

• Open the free practice page: sample-exam.html
• Select your class/grade (if the page shows grade options).
• Answer questions one by one.
• Use submit/check buttons (if available) to view feedback.

What you get in Trial

• Sample questions to experience the platform
• Basic feedback (as shown on the page)
• No payment required

Trial limitations

• Limited number of questions
• May not include full chapter-wise coverage
• May not save your progress (depends on the page)

2) How to Buy a Subscription

1. Go to: Buy Packages
2. Select your grade/package plan.
3. Complete payment through Razorpay (or the payment method shown).

After payment

• You will receive (or be shown) a token / licence key for your grade.
• Keep it safely. Do not share publicly.
• If you face any issue, email us with payment details.

3) How to Access Full Paid Exams

• Open the relevant grade login/exam page (as listed on the website after purchase).
• Enter your token/licence key when asked.
• Once verified, you will be allowed into the exam practice system.

Tip: If you see “invalid” or “expired”, it usually means the token is wrong, expired, or for a different grade.

4) Common Problems (FAQ)

“Free Practice page is not loading”

Try refreshing (Ctrl+F5). If still not working, try incognito or another browser.

“I paid but I can’t access”

Email us at info@aigod.digital with: your registered email, payment time/date, and transaction reference (if available).

“Token not working”

Check: token typed correctly, correct grade page, and subscription validity. If still not working, email support.
